Bill Hartel is a native of the Chicago area and a lifelong baseball fan. He was the author of the first book on Chicago’s Wrigley Field, a Chicago Tribune bestseller in 1995, entitled A Day at the Park: In Celebration of Wrigley Field. His projects have been featured in the Wall Street Journal and dozens of other newspapers. Along with Mary Ann Wentzel, Bill has found a niche for collectible writing instruments made from authentic stadium seats.
